Took full ownership of NoteGen to ship the MVP in less than 30 days. Built the frontend and backend, wired transcription services for live medical sessions, and employed LLM workflows to generate structured SOAP notes a doctor could approve without touching the device.

The product flow is intentionally minimal: record, transcribe, generate, review. Everything happens from a single record button through to a finished clinical note.
